DIET~!

Hello My lovely Gyarus~!
So  I'm going on a diet~! T.T sad but it's a must.I want to be skinny.! My height is 164 and weight is 46....I want 41!
So my diet will be:
Breakfast:
Musli.I actually really like it.
That is 350 calories in 100g I have 650 calories left to 1000 calories.
Than Lunch:
miso soup and some vegetables or another wery healthy dish.What you have to remember is that you have to shrink you portions.Japanese say that you have to eat so that you are 80% full not 100%.!
Than dinner:

some vegetables like an egg,broccoli,spinach of something like that.
Well lets see how long I'll be able to hold becouse I am a total chocolate freak~!
